Authentication, a grade and a sealed holder. Ask for a designation such as First Releases or Early Releases, and choose your label. You may wish to increase value, establish authenticity or make things clearer when leaving precious items to loved ones. Whatever the motivation, it is usually good to grade. We handle grading, conservation and crossovers from PCGS.
Where a coin would grade better after careful cleaning of surface residue, we can send it to NCS first. NCS charges a review fee for each coin it looks at; the conservation fee itself is charged only when the work is done.
Paper money goes to PMG. It is just as easy as coins, perhaps easier! Use the Numistacker Portal: the same account, the same tracking.

NGC tiers differ by the coin's value, not by speed: every UK tier takes about the same time, though coins sent for conservation can take a little longer. We explain each one; the prices are on the grading site once you register.
Dealers that NGC and PMG have authorised to submit for collectors. Numistacker is one: an NGC and PMG authorised dealer in the UK, and a member of the BNTA. We send coins, medals and tokens to NGC and banknotes to PMG, arrange NCS conservation when you want it, and look after the paperwork and the journey there and back.

On average our service takes about two and a half months from start to finish (as at October 2026). Conservation can add a little time. These are typical times, not promises: NGC's workload changes through the year.
You choose for each coin. An insured coin is covered for loss or damage up to its declared value while it is with us and while it is at NGC.
Yes. Your order in your account shows where it is and what happens next, and we email you when your coins arrive, when they go to NGC and when your results are in.
Yes. You give its PCGS grade and certificate number and choose the lowest grade you will accept. If NGC would grade it lower, the coin stays in its PCGS holder.
NGC sometimes grades in Munich as well as in the USA, and you can ask for it when you submit. A Munich submission always goes on NGC forms of its own, and conservation cannot be done there.
