Built by collectors, for collectors: the new Numistacker portal is open for registration and use
The new Numistacker grading and collector portal is now open to everyone, free of charge. You don't need to grade with us to use it.
We collect coins and notes ourselves, and we built the portal to fix the things that annoyed us as collectors: long forms, no idea where a submission had got to, and records spread across spreadsheets and email. Registration is open now, it costs nothing, and much of the portal is useful even if you never send us a coin.
Follow every step of the grading process
When you grade with Numistacker, you can see each stage of your submission, from the day your parcel arrives to the day it comes home. You won't need to phone or email to find out where it is.
Coins and notes
The portal handles banknotes as well as coins, whether you're submitting for grading or keeping a record of your collection.
Submit in the way that suits you
Everyone has a different amount of time and patience for paperwork, so there are three ways to submit:
- Quick submission. If you don't have the time or the inclination to list every coin, tell us roughly what's coming, choose a few basic options and you're done. Send the parcel and we'll take it from there.
- Search. A detailed search helps you find the exact coin and fills in the details for you.
- Free form. If what you have doesn't fit a list, describe it in your own words. The catalogue is there to help, and it never limits what you can send.
It already knows your sets!
The portal already knows every GB set issued since 1887 and we plan to add more. Choose the year to see the available sets and then choose your set from the list. It already knows the number of coins and what they are made of and sets them out for you so you don't have to enter each one. If you've ever filled in a form line by line for a proof set, you'll see how much time this saves.
