The real deal! A VIP Proof Set owned by Sir Robert Bellinger
Robert Bellinger died in 2002 having been Lord Mayor of London and a Governor of the BBC. While he was Lord Mayor he was presented with a 1953 Royal Mint proof set a real VIP proof set. We see many VIP proofs and they are rare and exciting proofs of record but a proof set actually marked by NGC as a proof set is a cause for celebration and fascination.
